Session 3: February 25- April 13th
Get your little ones started by taking an introduction in sport classes for children as young as 24 months. Parent participation is required. Class time consists of playing games, obstacle courses, running, jumping and other fun activities.
Introduce your Mini Athlete to the world of sports as they learn about a new sport each week: soccer, tennis, basketball, floor hockey, kickball, t-ball, flag football, lacrosse. Class time consists of stretching and warm up exercises followed by learning sports skills, game playing and ending with a high five and stamp.
Your Mini Athlete is ready for action as they practice and learn drills and scrimmaging for the different sport of the week: soccer, tennis, basketball, floor hockey, kickball, t-ball, flag football, lacrosse. Class time consists of stretching and a dynamic warm up followed by sports drills and game playing.
Children now spend more than 7.5 hours a day in front of a screen.
